Important Announcement from Hanes Printwear
Hanesbrands is excited to announce a new, exclusive distribution partnership with S&S Activewear for the Continental U.S, Caribbean and Canadian printwear markets, beginning January 1, 2026.
As of that date, S&S Activewear will become the sole wholesale distributor of Hanes® & ComfortWash® printwear products in these regions. This strategic move is designed to simplify the ordering process, improve inventory availability, and enhance the overall customer experience for decorators and promotional products businesses.
To ensure a smooth transition, Hanes products will remain available through all current distributor partners through December 31, 2025.
Customers in Hawaii will continue to be supported through American T-Shirt Company, our authorized partners for that market.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
Q: What is changing with Hanes distribution?
A: Effective January 1, 2026 Hanes has entered into an exclusive wholesale distribution partnership with S&S Activewear. This means decorators will now purchase Hanes printwear products exclusively through S&S for their day-to-day and small-to-mid-size orders.

ORDERING TIMELINE & TRANSITION
Q: Can I still order Hanes products from my current distributor today?
A: Yes. While we’ve announced our exclusive partnership with S&S Activewear, the transition will not go into effect until January 1, 2026. Until then, you can continue purchasing Hanes products through your current distributor partners as usual. We’ll continue to provide updates throughout the year to ensure a smooth and informed transition for all our customers.and fulfillment speed.
Q: What about inventory levels?
A: One of the key benefits of this partnership is deeper, more reliable inventory, improving availability and fulfillment speed.

Q: Will I still have a Hanes rep?
A: Yes. Your Hanes rep will continue to support you—especially for strategic planning, program needs, and product education. For day-to-day orders, your S&S sales representative is your primary contact.
