This includes third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other online consumer shopping platforms, etc. Products purchased from this division are sold for the sole purpose of embellishment and HanesBrands reserves the right to suspend sales to any account who is in violation of our policy.

Hanesbrands Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "HBI") own many well-known trademarks such as Hanes, Maidenform, Bali, Playtex, Just My Size, L'eggs, and others. HBI trademarks are valuable company assets and the use of HBI trademarks without the prior written consent of HBI may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. You may not use HBI trademarks as part of any name or designation including but not limited to any trademark; service mark; corporate name; company name; business name, trade name; domain name; email address; website name; keyword; marketplace seller name, username, or account name; social media account name, user name, or handle; or any other similar use; without the prior written consent of HBI. The unauthorized use of HBI Trademarks may result in the termination of your Account. If you qualify for a wholesale Printwear account and your sales tax has been verified, you will receive login information from hello@nuorder.com within 3 business days.
