The first 2000 individual residents of the 50 United States or D.C. age 18 or older to submit the completed request form following this post will receive a free Beefy-T t-shirt, approximate retail value $13.00. Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will receive a shirt. Free t-shirts are available in adult sizes XS-3XL. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different shirt from the one shown in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) free t-shirt per person/e-mail address per offer. Street addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). Incomplete requests will not be honored. Free shirts will be shipped to the mailing address provided in the form within four to six weeks following the date of this post. By filling out the form, providing your e-mail address, and requesting a free t-shirt, you are agreeing to receive marketing e-mails from Sponsor, from which you may opt out at any time. Sponsor may also pass on appropriate company contact information to its sales representatives.
